Our fresh Jalapeño and red cayenne pepper mash creates a unique flavor for our signature jelly. We use pure cane sugar and not corn syrup. The flavorful jelly has a sweet start with a little smokiness from the cayenne and ends with “the Glow”. We only use Jalapeño and cayenne peppers and no other filler peppers, such as bell peppers, to give this jelly a truly unique pepper flavor.
